After installation there were a few items, we did not really notice. Like the racks tines are slanted instead of straight up like the old DW so still taking time to figure the best setup when placing dishes in the bottom rack. Also, another issue was once installed all of the controls are on the top of the door of the DW so once you make your selection you cannot see the status of the wash cycle and it seems to be very long for a normal wash cycle like 2 hours BUT found the quick wash setting so not to bad. We like the third or top shelf for knifes and larger utensils and low or flat containers. Another nice feature was the flips to hold the stems on a wine glass. Still figuring out loading techniques but even with the third shelf it appears to do a great job cleaning even though everything looks very cramped.

Not what I was hoping for. I thought a 3rd rack would be handy, but items don't get clean. The heavy-duty cycle is 2 hours long and still doesn't get my dishes clean. The soap dispenser broke 4 months in to use and trying to get it fixed has not been an easy task.

I cleans the dishes mostly fine.Sometimes the capsules aren't fully consumed by the machine and I can see leftovers but I've seen this in other machines as well.

When you hit CANCEL the unit stops all processing and doesn't drain. Looking at the timing schedule for the timers confirms this. You have to let it run to the end of a cycle to get it to drain. My guess is your engineers never thought anyone would dare cancel a cycle.

Support is pitiful, unit is defectiveBought this model for a flip, the unit was installed and the new homeowner found that the unit was inoperable. Frigidaire is replacing the unit through Home Depot, and evidently the reinstall is on me even though it is a defect. Called Warranty and after 35 minutes on hold they sent me to their live agents via chat by hanging up. I hope they are really human and not virtual. BTW, they rejected the first review without some editing

This dishwasher is quiet and cleans well. The cycle time is quite long. Being so quiet it isn't bothersome even with the kitchen open to the living room. The only thing we have noticed is the dishes don't completely dry especially glasses with slight bottom depressions.

Does a good job washing the dishes but the drying system is terrible. There is always moisture on the inside door & walls when I open to unload and there are slightly wet dishes. Especially on the top rack. I'm disappointed and stuck with a not so great dishwasher!

I have owned many dishwashers in my life and all of them fell short of expectations until now. This new Frigidaire is very quiet, gets the dishes clean, and does a good job of drying. I no longer have to run the dishwasher when leaving my house. Maybe this unit broke the cycle of dishwashers being my nemesis.

I am not happy with this dishwasher. It is not doing a jib as expected from brand new appliance. Dishes are ok after normal circle but glasses are terrible. I tried different setting, right dishwasher supply nothing really works. Honestly so disappointed, missing my old dishwasher even after 20 years was doing great job with short circle. Still not giving up and looking for different tips and recommendations but it should be so hard to set up dishwasher for a nice wash.

The dishwasher is quiet, and cleans dishes efficiently. The third rack (utensils rack) cannot accommodate our utensils as shown in the diagram, we have to use the basket. The basket on the lowest rack is opened, with no top closure for small items. I™™ll have to contact Frigidaire if there is a replacement basket i can purchase to replace this one. The other racks have prongs that cannot be adjusted for various sizes of dish ware.

I l ow this dishwasher! Mainly because it has a 3rd top rack for silverware or longer items. My old one had the basket and it continually left good on them. I also like the quiet nature compared to my old loud dishwasher. The price was right in budget as well.

Bought thisl to replace my older model. (which lasted over 15 years) Haven't had it long, but so far i am happy with it. The only flaw i can find is the dishwasher packs don't want to fully dissolve. I just put them in the bottom of the tub - this seems to work fine. All in all - i am happy with this purchase.. Hope it lasts as long as the first one. Of all the dishwashers i have owned Frigidaire has preformed the best.

I was looking for a quiet and reasonably priced dishwasher to replace a 40 year old model. A helpful sales person suggested this one, and I™™ve been happy with it. I like the stainless steel interior, it™™s quiet and gets everything clean. The only thing I would change is the racks feel a little flimsy as they roll in and out; the more expensive models have a more solid feel to the racks but to me that wasn™™t worth the extra money. It™™s a great appliance!

I purchased a Frigidaire range, French door refrigerator and the built in dishwasher. All were delivered when stated, however the range was damaged, so had to wait two weeks for a replacement. The installers refused to connect the water supply to the refrigerator as the water pipe came through the wall and it is apparently Home Depot™™s policy not to connect such pipes, so now I have to pay a plumber. The dishwasher (I paid Home Depot to install) was used for the first time 8 days ago, the dishes were not clean, A code displayed saying either the filter was blocked or the waste pipe was kinked, I called the 800 number who were no help, I went into the local Home Depot and they arranged for the installer to come out again yesterday, as no appointment time was given to me, I stayed in all day, eventually an installer arrived and couldn™™t fix the problem, said the dishwasher was faulty and reported in as a replacement would be required. I had to call another 800 number to also report the replacement required. At the moment I have no delivery date for the replacement dishwasher, but was told it Will definitely not be here before 4th July ( when I have a large gathering). So forum the three Frigidaire products purchased two require(d) replacement and the refrigerator water supply was not connected despite paying for installation and leaving me with a plumbers bill to pay for. Am I happy with Frigidaire and Home Depot?I think you can guess my answer!!!
