This is our 3rd over-range-microwave in the span of 25 years. If you take it into account, that is 8.5 years per microwave. Microwaves were not broken when replaced, we just have to upgrade. Every upgrade is outstanding. Must have for usefulness and simplicity.

I have had the microwave for approximately 6 months and have had no problems. The fan and light in the bottom com in handy as I work graveyard and don™™t want to wake any o e up in the house with the kitchen lights or smell of food I am cooking. The microwave wave is powerful too with no problems cooking through any food I heat up. So far it™™s been a good experience.

We™™ve only had this microwave for about 1.5 months. It was installed in our new home when we moved in.It works well enough. So far, we™™ve noticed the popcorn function burns 1 packet of popcorn. I would also say the alert when food is finished is quite aggressive.

This microwave is quiet while it heats up your food perfectly. The underneath light is led so it lights up the stove very well. So far smudges on the number pad are easy to wipe off. I originally chose this microwave because it was the same size as my old one which I had for over 15 years. I truly love this microwave so much I wish I had bought it sooner!

I bought a brand new home that had Frigidaire appliances installed. The microwave never worked and still doesn't. The repair shop showed up late claimed to have to order parts and they gave me no ETA. So it's been almost 2 months and I don't have a microwave
